The Project Management team of EOC, EU Office has access to the self-assessment results. The Project Management Team confirms that all answers provided will be used for the purpose of the SIGGS project and will not be communicated to third parties without your agreement. In the communication of the results, no reference to a single organisation will be made, but only to clusters of organisation in order to fully respect the privacy of the organisation.

General information regarding registration and use of the SIGGS self-evaluation tool by your organisation could be communicated to EOC partners for legitimate purpose.

In case there are multiple users from an Organization, all these users (through a secure access on the website) have access to individual answers as well as aggregated answers of their own organization, that they can use for their own internal comparative purposes.

As a general rule, the technical team of the website/tool developer have access to data by virtue of website administration. They are bound by the applicable contract, so it is ensured that no information collected will be communicated to anyone outside.
